112學年度第1學期期末教學意見調查「填問卷、抽全家禮物卡」活動公告

親愛的同學們
我們誠摯邀請您參與期末教學意見調查。
本學期期末教學意見調查填答時間自即日起至2023年12月29日止。請您登入校務資訊系統，登入後點選下方教學輔助作業的「教學意見調查表」系統，表達對教師教學的回饋意見。您每填寫一份有效問卷，即享有一次抽獎機會，填愈多課程中獎機率愈高喔！
您的意見將被完全保密，授課教師無法得知意見的來源。同時，授課教師或開課單位將於學期結束成績繳交後，才能查閱回饋意見及統計結果，請您安心填答。
本活動獎項計有全家禮物卡1,000元10份、全家禮物卡500元30份、及全家禮物卡200元50份。中獎名單及領獎期限預訂下學期公告於「教學資源中心」網頁。如有未盡事宜，本中心保有活動調整權利，修改後之活動內容將於本中心網頁更新，恕不另行通知。
Dear students,
Please note that the "Teaching Quality Survey" in this semester should be answered from now to December 29, 2023.
For students, please log in the campus information system during this period, and click on the “Teaching Evaluation Form”. You can express your opinions or give feedbacks to the quality of teaching of your courses. After logging in the system, you will see the list of courses which you are enrolled in this semester. There are two types of questionnaires preset for each course that you are enrolled in this semester; type A to evaluate teachers’ teaching quality, and type B to evaluate courses of discussion, experiment, seminars, etc.
Your response to the survey will remain confidential and anonymous; hence, it will not affect your final grades. Please answer the survey with peace of mind.
