我們誠摯邀請您參與期中教學意見調查。這是一個寶貴的機會，讓您的聲音能被聽到。這項調查是匿名的，您的意見將被完全保密，授課教師將無法得知意見的來源，因此您可以坦率地分享您的想法和感受。
您的參與對於課程改善至關重要。透過您的回饋，我們能夠瞭解您對課程內容、教學方法和學習體驗的看法。這將有助於我們不斷提升課程的質量，以滿足您的學習需求。
本學期期中問卷施測時間自113年4月1日起至113年4月14日止。請您在這段期間登入校務資訊系統，登入後點選下方教學輔助作業的「教學意見調查表」系統，表達對教師教學的回饋意見。

Please note that the routine "Teaching Quality Survey" in this semester should be answered from April 1, 2024 to April 14, 2024.
A new simplified 3-question Midterm Teaching Evaluation and Feedback Questionnaire of courses will help instructors to improve their teaching.
For students, please log in the campus information system during this period, and click on the “Teaching Evaluation Form”. You can express your opinions or give your feedback to the quality of teaching of your courses. The responses of individual students will not be identifiable in any reports. The results will be revealed to teachers in the ninth week for them to improve their teaching in the remaining of the semester.
