一、依113年6月6日112學年度特殊教學貢獻項目作業全校電子郵件公告，教學資源中心彙整第1、8、9、10、18、19、20及21項次分數後，提供相關教師佐證資料。
二、旨揭資料業於113年6月17日完成寄送，請相關教師查收郵件。
